Meet Amber

I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, including more than six years providing direct clinical therapy. I provide in-person therapy for children, teens, and young adults (ages 9–25) at L & C Therapy.

I believe every person deserves a safe, welcoming space where they feel seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop practical skills that support lasting growth and meaningful change.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy should meet you where you are, recognizing that every person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. Together, we'll work to build insight, navigate challenges, and develop tools that help you feel more confident in everyday life.

I enjoy working with clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Anger management challenges

  • Social skills concerns

  • Self-esteem challenges

  • Grief and loss

  • Difficulty setting healthy boundaries

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dogs, hiking, and traveling. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a lighthearted approach to my work, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward the life you want to create.
