Meet Jessica

I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over 13 years of experience working in inpatient, outpatient, crisis, emergency, and community behavioral health settings. I provide therapy for children, teens, young adults, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and medical challenges.

I believe therapy begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, asking difficult questions, and discovering new possibilities for growth.

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and rooted in authenticity. I value curiosity, vulnerability, and genuine connection, believing that meaningful change happens when we take the time to understand ourselves with compassion. While empathy and validation are central to my work, I also gently encourage clients to step outside their comfort zones when they are ready, helping them build confidence, gain insight, and move toward the life they want to create.

I enjoy working with clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Adjustment to illness

  • Social skills challenges

  • Relationship concerns

  • Self-esteem challenges

  • Life transitions

Together, we'll take the time to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges you're facing and identify practical, individualized strategies that support your goals. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I'm committed to walking alongside you with warmth, honesty, and encouragement every step of the way.
