Meet Lianna

I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) providing in-person therapy for children, teens, and families at L & C Therapy.

I believe every client deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can openly share your experiences, explore challenges, and discover your strengths. I strive to help clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful growth and positive change.

My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, recognizing that every individual and family brings unique experiences, values, and perspectives. I believe therapy should be tailored to each client's needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Sometimes therapy means learning new skills and finding the motivation to make changes. Other times, it simply means having a compassionate listener who offers support, understanding, and validation. Together, we'll identify what best supports your goals and create a path forward that feels right for you.

I enjoy working with children, teens, and families experiencing:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stress

  • Grief and loss

  • Life transitions

  • Relationship challenges

  • Social skills concerns

I consider myself open-minded, approachable, and lighthearted, and I value building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and genuine connection. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support you long after therapy ends.
