Clinical contractor positions are available and include consistent supervision from an LCSW, tons of flexibility to balance life and wellness, with solid compensation!

We are looking for moderately experienced social workers hoping to make impactful change in our Tucson community, providing mental health services to children, teens, young adults and families.

We want to supervise and support those licensed at the master social worker level (LMSW), with moving forward and achieving their clinical social worker license (LCSW).

We are truly excited to mentor and guide social workers eager to further develop their clinical skills.

• LMSW Required

• Two years minimum of experience within a behavioral health setting

• One year minimum of direct clinical experience

• Has experience working one on one with clients

• Ability to complete assessments, create and implement treatment plans

• Ability to assess crisis needs

Our goal is to help clients address and manage various emotional stressors to improve their mental well-being.
