Let’s Get Started
Whether you're looking for support for yourself, your child, or your family, we're here to make getting started as straightforward as possible. Tell us a little about what you're looking for, and we'll help you determine the next step.
What Are The Next Steps
Step 1 - Tell Us What’s Going On
Complete our brief appointment request form and tell us a little about who is seeking therapy and what brings you to L & C Therapy.
Step 2 - We’ll Connect With You
A member of our team will review your request and reach out to learn more, answer questions, and determine whether our practice is a good fit for your needs.
Step 3 - Schedule your Intake
If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your intake appointment and send you all the necessary paperwork through our patient portal managed by SimplePractice.
Step 4 - Intake
During this first session, we will get to know you, discuss your goals, and create a plan that reflects your unique needs.
Services
Therapy
Therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to talk through challenges, build skills for managing difficult situations, make healthy decisions, and move toward your goals. Whether you’re seeking short-term support for a specific concern or longer-term work to address deeper patterns, L & C Therapy offers a collaborative approach where we explore your experiences, navigate life’s challenges, and work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
Case Management
Case management services support clients by helping coordinate care and communication among the client, family members, and other providers involved in treatment. This may include phone calls, emails, meetings, and text follow-ups as needed to ensure everyone is aligned and clients receive the support they need.
Clinical Supervision
Grazi and Emily have completed the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners supervision requirements (AAC R4-6-212J) and are available to provide clinical supervision to clinicians pursuing their independent licenses.
Clinical supervision is available for:
LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor)
LAMFT (Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist)
In accordance with Arizona state regulations and ethical requirements, payment for clinical supervision services must be made directly by your employer rather than by the supervisee. Grazi and Emily are available to contract with employers to provide this service. If you have additional questions about clinical supervision services or would like to discuss contracting arrangements, please email us at hello@landtherapy.com
